Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Relay's mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Relay. If you're using Relay on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing to these terms for that organization, and you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Subscribing to a channel is always free. You can leave a channel, mute notifications from it, or delete your account at any time. Some content or channels may be private and require the owner's approval to join.

Anyone can create a channel and publish to it. The free plan is limited to 1 channel and 1 published message per day; the paid plan ($9.99/month, billed through Stripe) removes those limits. You can cancel the paid plan at any time from your account page; your plan reverts to free at the end of the current billing period.

You're solely responsible for what you publish. Relay is a distribution tool, not a publisher, editor, or advisor — we don't review content before it's sent, and nothing published through Relay is reviewed, endorsed, or guaranteed by us.

Relay supports blocks like stock watchlists, charts, and market notes, but none of it — whether shown by the app itself or written by a publisher — is financial, investment, or legal advice, and past performance shown in any chart or watchlist is not a guarantee of future results. Market data is provided by a third party and may be delayed. Make your own decisions, and consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.

You agree not to use Relay to publish or share content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• Harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group;
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights;
• Impersonates another person or organization in a misleading way;
• Is spam, or deceptive/fraudulent (including presenting speculative financial claims as guaranteed outcomes);
• Contains malware or is intended to disrupt the Service; or
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any way — this is never tolerated and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

If you see content or an account that violates these terms, you can report it directly from the app (on a message or a profile), or email us at ranenpoh@gmail.com. You can also block any account to stop seeing their content, at any time, from that account's profile.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.

You keep ownership of what you publish. By publishing through Relay, you grant us a license to store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service (for example, delivering it to your subscribers and showing it in your compliance archive).

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violating these terms, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, with reasonable notice where practical.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on content published through it.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Relay after a change means you accept the updated terms.
